Alia Bhatt is going to launch outsiders in her next film as a producer. Titled Don't be Shy, the film stars four new actors. During the announcement of the film today, the actress opened up about the cast and said that they are new faces, not belonging to the industry. However, she did not reveal the names of the actors.
The event was hosted by Karan Johar. As soon as Alia took to the stage, the filmmaker and the actress exchanged a fun banter. KJo, who gave Alia her big break in Bollywood, had a sweet reaction when Alia announced that she will be launching newcomers.
During the event, Karan told Alia, "You’ve truly mastered the art of being a season producer already, Alia, because your answers seem beautifully independent of my questions for some reason," to which the actress replied, "Yes, Karan, because there is a way to launch actors".
The filmmaker, who had launched Alia in Student of the Year, added sarcastically, "And clearly I wouldn’t know that, would I? I’ve never done something like that...I have a very important question to ask you. It’s crucial and critical, and it’s not in a script. Are they outsiders?"

To this, Alia confirmed that the actors are outsiders. This prompted Karan to say that she is proud of the actress for launching newcomers.
