Shah Rukh Khan will not be residing in his iconic house Mannat for almost two years as it is undergoing renovation. Many reports have stated that the renovations include the family adding two more floors to the six-storey building. The superstar, along with his family, moved out of their house and were recently clicked entering their temporary residence, a luxurious building complex in Bandra's Pali Hill area.
A video shared online showed SRK, Gauri Khan and their daughter Suhana Khan stepping out from their car and entering the building. Suhana looked pretty in a yellow outfit while her father wore a casual white shirt.
As per reports, the actor and his family have leased four floors of Puja Casa. The building is owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshika Deshmukh.

While the new place isn’t as massive as Mannat, sources say it has enough space to accommodate his security team and staff. The actor is reportedly paying a combined monthly rent of Rs 24.15 lakhs for two luxurious duplex apartments in Mumbai. The security deposit is Rs 32.97 lakhs per apartment. Shah Rukh Khan bought Mannat in 2001 for Rs 13 crores. It is an important location for his fans and one of the most popular tourist spots in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, we are also getting to know that Gauri Khan has sold their property in Kohinoor Altissimo, a ready-to-move residential project in Dadar. On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to shoot for his upcoming film King. It will also star Suhana Khan, Abhay Verma and Abhishek Bachchan in key roles. He was last seen in Jawan in 2024. Talking of his children, Suhana Khan made her debut with The Archies and now will be sharing the screen with her father. Aryan Khan, on the other hand, will be making his directorial debut this year with the series Ba****ds of Bollywood.
