During the trailer launch event for the movie, Ajay Devgn was asked a hilarious question. The audience member asked him what would his reaction be if he would be at a raid at Salman Khan or Shah Rukh Khan's houses. Surprised, the actor gave a cheeky answer to the question. He said, "I play an officer in the film. I'm not going to their houses for real. So I don't really know what I need to manage. If ever there's a raid at their houses, I'll be sitting at my house, and vice-versa. So I can't really manage anything."
The answer made the audience laugh and cheer for Ajay. In the same trailer launch, Ajay was also asked about audiences not coming to the theatres as much as they would. Ajay noted that the audience are coming to the theatres. People who love movies come to the theatres. He also quipped that many people come to the movies when they find the trailer or the songs amazing. "It all boils down to what they want to see," he noted.

When asked about Vaani Kapoor replacing Ileana D'Cruz in Raid 2, Ajay Devgn said, "That's true, but the character can change. I mean if you see a lot of Hollywood films also, you know Sean Connery is no more James Bond. It's the character you follow." The film will be released on May 1, 2025 in theatres. It has been directed by Raj Kumar Gupta.
