Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are one of Bollywood’s most glamorous couples. They got married in December 2021, in Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. While their wedding wasn’t publicised, there was one rule at their wedding that confused their fans to no end.
The intimate wedding had a strict no-phone policy for everyone who attended it. Now, Vicky Kaushal’s brother Sunny Kaushal is spilling the beans on why the rule was imposed in the first place.
During an interview with Zoom, he said, “My friends, my relatives, and Katrina’s relatives, everybody bonded so well; we partied and enjoyed so much that we did not realise where those 3 days went. There was no pressure to hide or show anything. Pressure lekar nahin ho paati hai shaadi.”
While the rule prevented guests from filming too much and allowed them to enjoy the moment, Katrina and Vicky later shared stunning shots from their wedding, right from their pre-wedding festivities to the actual wedding.
Moreover, during another interview, Katrina had opened up on how they waited for the COVID lockdowns to be lifted to have a wedding with their friends and families by their side. “All that I was keeping my fingers crossed for was that my entire family had to be there from all the corners of the world which we managed. So yes, that was wonderful,” she added.
