The Welcome franchise is much-loved amongst the Indian audience for its comedy. While the first part was a huge hit, the second part of the franchise did not live up to the hype. The third part titled Welcome to the Jungle has all eyes on it considering its massive star cast featuring Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma and Sayaji Shinde.
According to some reports on a leading entertainment portal, Jackie Shroff and Aftab Shivdasani are also being considered to join the bandwagon. While the stars have not officially confirmed it, the buzz around says otherwise.
Welcome to the Jungle is slated to release on December 20, 2024 in theatres.
