The first teaser of Anurag Kashyap's next, Kennedy is out. The film which features Rahul Bhat in the leading roles is all set to premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.The dimly-lit teaser of Kennedy reveals Rahul Bhat's titular character. A voice over says, "Bata...kitne katal kiye tune...bata...kitna maza aaya." As the music surges in the backdrop, Kennedy brutally kills a man.

The teaser promises a stylised, noir thriller that's very on-brand for Anurag Kashyap. It also offers a glimpse of Sunny Leone's character in a glamorous avatar.
The official synopsis of the film reads, "Presumed dead for years, Kennedy is an insomniac former cop who continues to officiate for a corrupt system while seeking redemption."
Anurag Kashyap's last film was Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat. Kennedy will reportedly be screened Out of Competition at the Cannes Film Festival on May 14, 2023.
