These two actors were offered World Famous Lover before Vijay Deverakonda

Vijay Deverakonda, the actor who became a known name after Arjun Reddy, has won the audience's heart across the nation. His last outing as an actor was World Famous Lover, that released around Valentine's Day this year. He was seen romancing Raashi Khanna, Aishwarya Rajesh, Catherine Tresa and Izabelle Leite in the film.

The film fared averagely well at the box-office and gathered mixed-reviews. The latest revelation around the film is that Vijay Deverakonda wasn't the first choice for the film. The director, Kranthi Madhav, had narrated the script to Sharwanand and Sai Dharam Tej. Both the actors declined the roles.

In an earlier interview, Vijay Deverakonda had spoken about World Famous Lover turning out to be a dull affair. He said, "The film was amazing on paper. But we messed it up as far as the execution is concerned. I was excited when I had heard the story."
