While social media is a great medium for people to remain in touch it also comes with its fair share of downsides. Bollywood stars too made use of the platform to interact with their fans but they also have to deal with a fair share of trolls that exist there. Now, it seems that Sonakshi Sinha has had enough of it and has decided to quit Twitter by deactivating her account.
The actress took to Instagram and shared a screenshot of her last tweet. The tweet read, “The first step to protecting your sanity is to stay away from negativity. And no where more of that than twitter these days! Chalo, im off - deactivating my account. Bye guys, peace out” She captioned the post, “ag lage basti mein... mein apni masti mein! Even though Sonakshi Sinha’s Twitter account has been deactivated, she will continue using her Instagram account through which she has constantly been sharing updates about her life in quarantine along with trying to spread positivity in these trying times.
