Richa Chadha and her longtime boyfriend Ali Fazal had decided to finally get married this year but due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, they had to dull down their plans. The couple was super excited for a grand wedding that they wanted to have but the pandemic has put a stop on all such plans as it isn’t allowed to call more than 50 people at a wedding currently. Giving her take on the same, Richa posted a meme from her film Gangs of Wasseypur that completed 8 years of its release yesterday where her character (Nagma) stays silent when she is repeatedly asked if she agrees to the wedding. The meme had, “Only 50 guests allowed at COVID wedding" written on it and the video was a reaction to the same.
Richa captioned it as, “#8YearsOfGangsOfWasseypur . . . 2020 saw me postponing my shaadi, rightly so, cuz this is such an unpredictable, manhoos year ! Here’s some #NagmaSwag for you, from the film that started it all for me! Enjoy. . . . #NagmaKhatoon #GangsOfWasseypur #ActorsLife #richachadda #GangsOfWasseypur #AKFPL”.
