Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has come as a shock to the entire country and also has sparked off a massive controversy regarding the causes behind his depression. A complaint was filed against Late Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar which accuses the actress of abetting the Sushant’s suicide.
The legal claim was filed by Kundan Kumar, a resident of Patahi locality in Muzaffarpur, before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar. The hearing is scheduled for 24 June. Kumar also spoke to reporters after filing his petition. He said, “My client is a huge fan of Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud),”
This is not the first petition filed related to Sushant’s tasing away as earlier this week, a local advocate named Sudhir Kumar Ojha, had filed a similar petition accusing some of Bollywood bigwigs who tried the hamper the rising star’s career.
