It’s a new day and its surely time to spread some happiness and positivity through our show 10 Minutes Of Happiness With Filmfare. The brand new episode features the talented and the gorgeous actress Rakul Preet Singh. In the recent episode, she recounts her journey to go back home amidst the pandemic.
A couple of days back, the domestic flights have started their services and several people are flying back home to be with their loved ones after spending almost 90 days in lockdown. Rakul Preet Singh too decided to go back home to Delhi. Though the actress had taken perfect safety measures with the PPE suit on and the mask, she was still feeling a bit scared as the fatal virus is actively-contagious. In a chat with Rahul Gangwani, she said, “I was scared. Even though I wanted to come to Delhi I was really scared, I didn’t want to be a carrier because I was coming to my parents. Sometimes we could be asymptomatic and you don’t know you’re subjecting yourself more people to the airport.” Rakul further adds that it was almost like a mission to reach home, “I wanted to spend with them. It felt like a mission… I felt like a Mission Delhi. Wearing PPE suit and wearing that cover.”
Rakul Preet Singh is back home and says she’s being over-pampered by her parents and she’s not complaining. The actress several releases which are currently on hold until new shooting guidelines are implemented and life returns to normalcy.
