Hrithik Roshan as Krrish was deemed as India’s first superhero. It's been almost five years that the superhero franshise hasn't moved ahead. Last year, Rakesh Roshan had announced that Krrish 4 is going to be made and he is working on it. Later, due to the filmmaker’s ill health, the film was put on hold for a year, but now we hear that the makers are working on the project in full-swing yet again.
Hrithik Roshan will soon start working on Krrish 4 fighting against evil. However, this time the film will not be helmed by Rakesh Roshan. According to sources close to the film, Rakesh Roshan is perfectly well, but has now passed on the director’s hat to Sanjay Gupta. The team has decided that Sanjay Gupta will be perfect to direct this superhero-action flick. Sanjay Gupta had last directed Hrithik Roshan in 2017 action thriller Kaabil. According to sources, the film will be high on VFX and action and is said to be made on a budget of Rs 250 crore.
Hrithik Roshan is currently enjoying the success of his latest release War. The film has broken several records at the box-office. Some reports also suggest that War might be turned into a franchise. Well, only time will tell...
